At Barclay Products, we stand behind the quality of our home fixtures and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, uninstalled condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
